From The Word of GOD:
Genesis 8 and verse 1: "But God remembered Noah and all the wild animals and the livestock that were with him in the ark, and he sent a wind over the earth, and the waters receded."
Flood waters from all water sources had flooded the earth and Noah and his family was floating in a boat safe but unaware of what would happen to them next. This went on for 150 days straight. It is safe to say that all kinds of things must have been going through their minds. They are humans after all.
Are we not always like that when uncertainties brought on by difficult situations arise in our lives? Our minds begin to race with questions like, Will this ever end? Will I survive this illness? Has God forgotten me? How can I cope and make it without a job? What will become of me and my kids after this divorce? "What have I done to bring this on myself?" Notice that at the time of God's choosing, the flood waters that threatened the existence of Noah and his extended family receded. The sun came out and dried up the land, and Noah and his family were able to come out of the boat onto a land that was ready with everything they would need.
Well, if you are a child of God and find yourself in a situation where you are afraid or uncertain of what tomorrow holds for you, take note of this situation with Noah and his family, and be assured that at the right time, God will remember you. Don't sweat it much. You need only be patient and keep doing what he lays in your heart to do. Wait on the Lord your God. He will remember you. Remember to give him the glory even as you wait.
Prayer, will build up your faith as you seek the hand of God in your life.
